Setup of external data card in the windows latest versions

Hi this would be interesting and useful.. 

            Get of not trusted while installing the external data card like D-Link, i ball etc  you get irritated with pop-up like not trusted 

I had encountered this problem during Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC)  Local bodies elections-2016 at the webcasting.

    Here the solution provided 

•  open Command prompt(admin) 
• connect to directory where the data card ids being inserted
• type the .exe file name full in that content of data card..
• example g:>InstallPackage.exe

• Note: commands are case sensitive
