  • Search your topic in IEEE main site as ieeexplore.ieee.org
  • Browse for your topic and know its URL and ARN number
  • ARN number is just like primary key in DBMS for each topic related to your search
  • ARN number is unique one
  • get into this URL http://ieeexplore.ieee.org.sci-hub.cc/ 
  • At the bottom of the page, press key on button forward your will get redirected to IEEE digital Xplore library where bunch of related topics are known
  • now go to http://sci-hub.cc/   paste your URL including arn number
  • Press lock key button  
  • the required document is download .
